ASUS has  been mucking around with Intel’s Core M processors for a while and the resulting hardware has been quite impressive. Case in point: The Zenbook UX305 from ASUS, which has been revealed overseas.

Though it’s not confirmed for South Africa yet, and if it is then the model designation might change, we’re hoping that it makes its way to our shores.

Why? Because of the Core M-Y510 chip at its heart, the lengthy battery life (a claimed ten hours) and the anti-glare 1080P display. But that’s not the only reason we’re keen on the Zenbook UX305.

There’s also another model in the works, which will be upping the display to a 3200 x 1800 resolution. That’s a lot of pixels by anyone’s standards and we’re looking forward to getting our hands on that little touchscreen at some point. Here’s hoping.
