It isn’t hard to believe that Samsung’s Galaxy S7 is being speculated upon already. The first details have surfaced, with the new handset being known under the Project Lucky codename, with the phone showing up in benchmarks as ‘Lucky-LTE’. So it’s going to have LTE, obviously.

Otherwise, Samsung are said to be looking at an Exynos 8890 processor for the new phone. A speed of 2.3GHz is being speculated on, while Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 might also be making an appearance.

SD cards and storage are being made compatible, according to reports, and Samsung are reported to be using a 20MP ISOCELL camera in their upcoming flagship. There’s something called an ‘all lens cover’, that nobody has figured out as yet, and there’s also talk of at least 3GB of RAM in the phones.

As usual though, we’ll have to wait for official word from Samsung but this sounds a lot like what the company would do.
