Samsung S7

News have surfaced online that South Korean multinational conglomerate company, Samsung,  will be releasing the next instalment of its Galaxy S series next year.

The much-anticipated Galaxy S7, said to be released in the first quarter of 2016, will flaunt a 20MP camera. According to AndoridPit, Samsung claims that the camera’s RWB colour pattern enhances light sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio in low-light and back-light conditions.

As for the design, it is suggested that the Galaxy S7 will not look much different to its predecessor- the S6. An earlier report by Korea Times states that Samsung sees little point in spending time and money reinventing a design that has proven successful and rather prefers to focus its energy on improving speed, display quality and cost. There is also an expectation that Samsung might reintroduce its micro-SD slot.

In the observation of the leaked diagram design, Forbes remarked that the home button seems to be more angular than present models and that there might possibly be a micro-USB charging port.

Treat this speculation with caution at this point as nothing is set in stone.
