Introduction
Mustek has a vacancy available for a Telesales person.
The Telesales person is primarily responsible for the selling of Mustek’s products and services, telephonically to the dealer base that has established a relationship with the Company.
Minimum Requirements
Matric
A minimum of 2 years experience in telesales.
Experience in sales and marketing in the IT industry will be an advantage.
Job Specification
The successful candidate will:
- Promptly answer calls and emails to provide customers with
quotations. - Provide customers with product specifications and technical assistance as
needed. - Place sales orders and maintain delivery arrangements.
- Respond to all customer queries and enquires.
- Arrange technical assistance from the technical support.
- Communicate with the Technical (Service) Department with regard to product
specifications and repairs. - Liaise with co-workers in the department with regard to items returned and
the production process. - Confirm all major deals or orders with the Sales Manager of the
department. - Liaise with the Public Relations / Marketing department for packages and
brochures. - Liaise with other sales divisions as necessary.
- Assist sales executives with overflow of sales.
- Liaise with product managers.
- Achieve monthly individual and group targets.
- Assist with product promotion and specials.
