ASUS is supposedly going to be taking the wraps off a whole bunch of things at Computex next week, and details of at least one of them have made their way to media so far.
ASUS is expected to be revealing a new Android-based tablet lineup, called the ZenPad, next week.
A couple of specifications have showed themselves, notably the screen size and… that’s about it. There are going to be 7 and 8-inch version of the ZenPad, with the 7-inch version featuring a 1024 x 600 resolution. That’s probably going to be the budget version of this lineup but then there’s the larger tablet…
The 8-inch variant is said to feature a 2048 x 1536 resolution, putting it firmly into the high-end bracket. We’d expect it to have specs to match such a res, after all.
More details should be available next week, when the ZenPad becomes official.
