Review: Toshiba Satellite Click 2 Pro P30W-B1364
When was the last time we took a look at a Toshiba convertible? It’s been too long, right?
Let’s fix that by examining the Toshiba Satellite Click 2 Pro P30W-B1364, a 13.3-inch touchscreen convertible machine with a detachable display – making this a tablet as well as a notebook PC.
Except that there aren’t too many tablets running this sort of hardware. The Toshiba Satellite Click 2 Pro P30W-B1364 comes with a Core i7 processor from Intel, the 4510U Haswell chip. At the back of that is 8GB of system memory and 256GB of MSATA solid-state storage. So you’re looking at an ultrabook contained in a 13.3-inch screen, basically.
Intel handles the graphics as well, with the company’s HD Graphics 4400 solution sitting behind the 300nit touchscreen panel as well.
As is the Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, though users also have access to an ethernet port with the Toshiba Satellite Click 2 Pro P30W-B1364. The keyboard, when you’re using it, is backlit and the whole unit weighs a little over 2kg.
And, as a final added bonus, you can find the Toshiba Satellite Click 2 Pro P30W-B1364 running Windows 8.1 Pro out of the box. Which means you have access to Microsoft’s touchscreen friendly OS or you can update it to Windows 10 for the moment. Either way, you win.
