Quality Assurance Lab

The Mustek Limited Quality Assurance Lab was developed to create a sophisticated information and communication infrastructure. The aim of the lab is to supply and research information to supply a better Mecer product, create better product knowledge, and better product support. In return, all departments will benefit from the information generated.

Service Centres

Mustek has state-of-the-art repair workshops, and with manufacturers’ commitment to provide the best and latest IT products, spares and training, Mustek is ideally positioned to provide the highest quality of service. The key to support service success is flexibility, designing services to precisely reflect customers’ requirements.

The Mustek Service Centre has a large PC board component level repair facility at Midrand, with advanced facilities for activities such as testing, de-bugging, applying Engineering Change Orders, Bios flashing and EPROM re-programming. Mustek uses the latest technology to provide high quality (ISO 9002), high productivity results.

Mustek Product Range

Following Mustek’s decision in 2008 to expand the business horizontally and reposition itself as a broad-based distributor of electronic products, the product range has expanded significantly.
